Do you have any phpbb theme in mind? You will also need to get the original author's permission before converting.

I am not very good with graphics, but I am sure someone can help you out if you specify a bit more as to what you need.

Well, if you wanted to, you could just make something similar. I wouldnt be able to pay you, but there would be eternal gratitude, not to mention the chance to promote your site at the bottom.
