and where's the code for the logo background .... i tried middle panel hove but nothin's in there... where to modify for the balck transparent background's size ... ???

Its alright. The colour isn't set by the template. You need to make the change using CSS code. If you click on Themes, choose Realize, click on global.css, and look for .middle_panel in the drop down menu it'll open the section that controls how the middle panel looks.

Delete the numbers in the background box and write white.

Excellent theme, I love your simplicity!

I really love this theme, but most of my plugins don't work with this theme.
