Set the background to only repeat along the x-axis and positioned to the top and the link colour in the thread headings to something readable.
I also only see three forums actually related to your topic and a whole heap of empty unrelated ones. MMORPG its self is too broad a topic IMO and there are plenty of existing forums in your market that can offer a lot more than yours can. You need to specialize into something you can really excel in and set your forum apart from the millions out there.
