So I am totaly new to uploading forums and i dont know how and also what do i need my friend said its like something like FTP manager or something

I think you should use a free forum host like CreateBB.

Before anything, you need a domain, after you got a domain, you need to find a host, some hosts will give you FTP access which lets you upload the software onto the domain. You need to make sure that the host you chose actually meets the requirements needed for your board to function properly.
