I can login to the ACP and get the opening page, but every other one tells me,

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've checked and checked and re-checked all the files are uploaded right and so, I dunno where this is coming from. And yes, I tried to search. Tips?

The error you face 404 is server side error.
sometime it happen that you don't get the pages may be its under construction.
And possible go to root dictionary and search index..

...DUH >.> But the real error is a 403, not a 404. AS mentioned in that thread it's nearly always a problem with mod_security and other times with htaccess settings.
