I beg to differ on that one - as long as you have a balance of Dreamweaver's options and a competent level of coding, then it works wonders. For example, I'd create a table by using the GUI, but insert an image by writing the <img> tags manually. I can work much faster in Dreamweaver than I can in Notepad++...
I agree with T0m - Hostgator's site builder is pretty cool...
Oh I definitely agree with the table thing but I normally only design for use with a CMS or other software so all the content (which is usually where the tables are located) is done through the software WYSIWYG editor (Which is usually done by the client anyway).
