I need the perfect theme for a general discussions forum. If you would like to make me one, I will be more than happy to make top quality posts on your forum, refer members to your website, and just anything you want me to.

It has to be custom. Not something based off a theme, unless its the Afresh series. I'd like it to be blue, professional, with strips, and just user friendly. If you need any more information, please PM me.
