I have installed a new forum using the latest version on my server.
The install went well and I was able to login as the admin.
When I try to import a new theme, access the template CSS files, etc..
I get an error that says
You don't have permission to access /mybb/admin/index.php on this server.
and
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I noticed this happening when I moved my OLD MYBB from one server to another and thought it was just a problem with the transfer, however, when I made a NEW install, I get he same error.
Any ideas?
