Can anyone please tell me what the code is for making the border thicker? Example would be http://www.fireforums.co.cc

There really isn't any code. You have to change your themes border thickness in the CSS.

Well find the area you want to change and either add or change the "border-width" value(should be in pixels(px)).

In the Global CSS, could I add a line with "border-width: xpx" (without quotation marks)?

You have to add it to the class you want it to effect. I recommend doing a quick scan of a CSS tutorial as well I'm not going to teach you how to do css .
