Is there an actual way to add a radio box at the bottom of my forum so it plays the music (yes I have shoutcast server) and when you go to a page it doesnt reload it?

The only way to do this is to have your "radio box" in the main page and having the rest of the page in a iframe.

That way when the user navigate in the iframe it wont reload the main page and wont interrupt the music...

And how would I do this?

If you did have a radio at the bottom of your forum, every time a user clicked on link the radio would stop. I suggest you use a pop up window if you want to have a radio and make the pop up fit the size of the radio player you are going to use.
