i want disable Negative rep option but there is no option for that.anyway to disable it

www.mybbcentral.com has one. However, I believe subscriptions are currently closed for the site, and you have to subscribe (usually $5) to download most plugins there.

The plugin allows you to set which usergroups can -rep.
