Any way a user can give anonymous rep? (If its a core feature sorry i never rep )

Im not sure you can. I just looked on my forum and didnt see anything.
You could look around in the MyBB Wiki to see if theres anything there

So can someone make a plugin?

I disagree, core features are things that everyone would use. I don't really see the value of allowing users to remain anonymous. Whats the point of a rep if its anonymous.

If someone does something mean to someone, and they -Rep someone, the person who is -repped will -rep back. This way they don't know.

Remove the member information from the reputation template. Very easy solution.

I don't want it always to be though. I want people to have the choice.
