How do I make tabs for my catagories as you can see below the header on [url=http://www.hackforums.net[/url] like say i have 9 catagories and I wanted 3 on each tab...

Please help, thank you in advance.

Hmm its says I have too pay and im ok with that but I cant pay cause it says the user is unable to accept recepts?
