MyBulletin 2.7 is not optimized for MyBB 1.4. I don't know if there is a fix for this but if someone has one, please post it.
There is an easy fix to this.
Please post the link to where you downloaded the Online Today plugin and I will edit it and repost it for you
As for the rating stars, thats probably just how the theme shows it.
