Translate whole forum

Is there a plugin that can translate whole forum by only clicking on country flag.
Example:

If I click on spain flag it translate forum content to spanish language. The site address changes to 
http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http://sitename.com&tl=it&ie=UTF-8
I've seen this translator on vB forum. I think (I bet) it uses Google Translate.I've only found post translate in MYBB.

Why not just make each flag a link to their respective google translations?

Yeh thats possible...but can anybody make the codes? Bcoz am new & know very less about html & java.
