Heres the improvements I need:
1) A head image, I'd prefer a blue one with a black text box in the middle and if possible make there be a glowing blue around the textbox
2) A good texture image (for .tcat) either one you made yourself or a public domain one
3) I need you to help make the colours blend more
I've posted the background of my forum (in case you need it for test purposes) and a screenshot of what it currently looks like with pointers to where I want the content, please also suggest ways to make it blend more
Feel free to suggest a change of the shade of text, but please don't change the background
