Im trying to setup clan and private clan forums in my forum..
Are there
-plug-ins that makes it easier for clan leaders to manage a group?
-Plug-ins that make it easier for members to join a group?
-A group page where all groups are displayed
Any solutions and suggestions to the above mentioned?

Create a new usergroup and give the clan leader access to moderate his forum only. If you pm me i can give you my messenger and explain it better.
Leaders is already a feature and is in the dropdown box next to a group's settings.
You can make it so users can request to join a group (with approval of the leader) in the usercp.
All groups (set to be displayed) are displayed inside the show team page.

Just goto Users & Groups --> Groups (Sidebar) --> Beside the group click on the dropdown and goto group leaders. Then just add as many usernames as you wish.
