OH MY GOD, EVERY PICTURES HAS A RED CROSSED RIGHT NOW.. THE ISSUE SPREAD OUT THE ENTIRE SITE. CAN SOME ONE GIVE ME A ADVISE??

Well, you said the CHMODs are what they need to be, so if that's true, the only other explanation would be a bad .htaccess rule or something... if it just suddenly started happening without you doing anything, and across the entire forum, it's most likely something to do with the host.
