Hello, i have some problems with htaccess.txt, i eddited htaccess.txt becouse i have some error with my host provider.

Now, i search in ACP for an option to enable rewrite url but i didin't found anything, can you help me ? What i have to do now ?

This is htaccess file now. With this i don't have any error and my forum work great. But no url change. What i do wrong ?

rename it to .htaccess

if you use Notpad when you rename it put "" and between .htaccess

Yes, with my ftp client i rennamed in .htaccess ... and i upload .htaccess on my host /forums/ ... but not working ... i have my old url :|

the .htaccess does not change URLs necessarily, you have to set it in the configuration (search engine friendly urls -> yes)

Is there some instruction as to what to add into your .htaccess file? I updated the setting in the AdminCP but nothing in .htaccess changes...

Nothing changes in the file, the rewrite rules are already in there. You just have to rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess, enable the setting in your ACP, if your host supports mod_rewrite, it should work.
