From a quick view, all you need is a TLD, and your set. Your theme seems to be good.

The bottom of the header could use a (little) bit more space above and below the small icons.

I would cut down on some of those sections for a forum with such a small member base(for the moment),and get rid of the 2 bars at the top(vote for us one, and the rss and twitter one)
