Ok so I am having an issue on my forum where the permissions seem to be set right as to my knowledge however I have members who are still able to view and post in my Staff and VIP sections. These are supposed to be unavailable to normal members of the forum. I have double checked the permissions in both sections and in the past I had a member test this and they had no access. Within the last few days something has changed that has enabled them to view and post in these sections once more! lol I do not know why it is doing this.

Hi, I had the same issue with guests being able to view my staff & vip sections.

I had to edit the forum permissions, click 'Options' next to the forum in AdminCP then select 'Permissions', then un-check (for example 'Guests') every checkbox for guests, including the 'Group' checkbox.

In my case this solved the issue, hope it does for you

Naw this has been done and yet they can still view and post in the sections.

Can you printscreen the permissions screen??
