Hmm, not really sure why this happens... change the last < to </theme> and it should import.

Only thing is, is this an issue with the import process as it still happens with the default theme. I'm sure people don't want to keep changing the theme files every time they export it :p

Is this a bug? I got this problem while exporting my themes as well. I realised it got cut off at the bottom ending with a </t
