I have put already the ''<sf_shoutbox>'' but that doesn't appears, can someone help me, please?
This is plugin support. Are you sure you uploaded everything to the right place? Have you activated it? Where did you put the <sf_shoutbox> anyway?? You should put it either in the header templates or in the index. And make sure you're using the theme you edited.
How i activate?
PS: Are you portuguese?
ACP>Configuration>Plugins, then in the shoutbox click 'Activate'. And yes I'm portuguese.
