Google hasn't helped me, nothing works as I want it... I want to make a 301 redirect from www.domain.com/text/{variable}/ to www.domain.com/file.php

.htaccess? Have you tried that? Would be a bit of work mind it.

Yeah, I found a lot of methods on Google but none of them worked.

Well you could make a wildcard redirect using cPanel (easy way) :p
