i can upgrade from 1.4.0 to 1.4.9 ???

You can 1.4.0 > 1.4.9.

should i can upgrade from 1.2.14 directly 1.4.9 or through 1.4.0. How can i upgrade ?
By manually path or overwirte change_file ???

Disable all plugins.
Take full database backup.
Download all your files to your computer.
Delete all your files off the server.
Upload all the 1.4.9 files.
Upload the ./admin/backups/ folder, ./uploads/ folder, ./uploads/avatars/ folder, ./inc/config.php file and ./inc/settings.php file, from the files you downloaded to your computer, back up to your server.
Go to yoursite.com/install/upgrade.php and choose 1.2.14 from the list.
Or, I'd be able to upgrade for you later today (unless someone else wants to).
