When I go to my link it says:

and the last things I done before this happen is make a user admin..

Yeah when people ask what plugins you have, we need to know what plugins you have, which is what we asked, not how many you have... knowing you have a lot doesn't help us
I came on here search for that same error.
I suggest you create an new folder in INC and move out the plugins one at a time till your site shows up again. When it does the last one you moved is giving the problem.
Never mind I already found whats the problem.
Can you maybe share what it was....??
