Okay, I made a mistake and deleted the mybb_settinggroups a few days ago (a plugin told me too) and today, I could't access the settings in the config tab. I added the table in phpmyadmin. But all my plugins settings and Board On/Off are all gone.

The other owner installed a plugin (contact us) and now its the only one on the settings page, we have about 15 plugins too. But the most important thing is to close the board because we were doing a major update with graphics, and forums..

Thanks

Edit: We are currently reinstalling all the plugins too see if that fixes it, but I still need to get like Board On/Off - Posting Settings
Edit2: Now we reinstalled everything and now there is one plugin, and it has 1000 settings (used to only have like 5)

Now which plug-in would tell you to delete an important part of MyBB?
Delete the plug-in with 1000 settings and see what happens?
Link? Test Account?
Can you give us a link to this plugin?? I think it's extremely unlikely it told you to delete an entire table.

Easiest thing to do would be to install a test forum somewhere, export the settingsgroup table, and import it to your normal forum.

Entire table? I didn't know the mybb_settingsgroup table was so important. Undecided This plug-in is probably a fake, telling from what it told you to do.
Next time I think backing up the file/folder would be a good idea before deleting it.
It's what stores the details for the groups of settings. It's integral to the settings showing in the ACP, you get an SQL error if it's gone. You shouldn't delete a default table under any circumstances.
Okay, thanks for the replies. I forgot which plugin, I isntalled alot of them
It was one of these http://electricneo.cz.cc/forums/forumdisplay.php?fid=51

Also Ill try installing it somewhere, then export the table, and then importing

This is the whole purpose for Private Messages (PMs). This is way off-topic as well.
As for the other reply, try disabling all the plugins, and turn them on at a time. It may work.
I installed it somewhere else, exported the mybb_settinggroups then exported it into my forum. Its still blank.

I added an attachment
OK, can you PM me phpMyAdmin login details and I'll try and fix it.

Can you also try and find the exact plugin that told you to do this?? If it does say to delete this table we need to get them to remove that instruction.
