Hi. I've created a Rules in few forums. I want to see these Forum Rules during writing new thread. How can I make that?
glas, it's not exactly what I want. I have rules in few forums (I've wrote them when I was creating new forums) and I want this rules in newthread.php. Not some kind of Global Rules.

what about making individual specific forums announcements with rules?
You mean something like that I write rules and they will be showing in forums I chose by ID?
yeah something like that
just create many announcements
but choose that they are only being showed in some FIDS
