So, there is only 1 theme that the awaiting activation plugin works on.

Is there any way to fix it where it works on any theme we use?

You need to manually add it to your theme.
What is the properly name of your plugin?

Yeah, if you add a theme after installing plugins, the plugins won't show up.

so how do i add them to each theme?

How many plugins do you have?? The easiest way is to deactivate and reactivate them, but you may lose any changes to the plugin settings you made. You can make the template changes manually if you can find out what they are.

i have no idea how to find that out. i guess i can go through the one theme and look for it?

I think you should add this in your header templates after {$unreadreports}
