I'm getting an Upload Failed error with a theme I'm trying to install.

I got the theme from here, and the file has a .mybb extension. Frankly speaking, I am after the templates, which supports conditionals.

Help please.

This theme was built for MyBB RC2 and isn't complatible to the actual version.
