Well,
Before I learned how to make a mybb board I kinda made lots of mistakes now I am like a expert at it but I want to keep my member's, posts and threads and delete like all the plugins is there a way I can do that?

If you have acces to AdminCP go to Configuration - > Plugin ->Deactivate All

It wouldn't exactly be starting again if you kept all that stuff because the users, forums, posts and threads make up the majority of the database really. It would be best to just deactivate all plugins as said above.
