ok, i have 2 mybb sites, and both are having the same issue.

it says that the page doesnt exist when i try to access someones user profile.
eg. http://craizer.co.cc/forum/user-2.html

and http://hiddenm4sters.mybbnew.com/user-2.html

can someone tell me whats going on and how to fix this??

You've turned on the MyBB SEF URls but it looks like you didn't follow the instructions, you're supposed to rename your htaccess.txt file to .htaccess first. Turn off the SEF URLs, rename your htaccess.txt file to .htaccess, and re-enable them. if that doesn't work, your host doesn't support mod_rewrite.

In the server and optimisation settings there's a setting for Search Engine Friendly URLs, disable them. Then, in your file manager/FTP, fint the htaccess.txt file in your root folder, and rename it to .htaccess, note the . at that start of .htaccess, it's important. Then, enable the Search Engine Friendly URLs again.

ok will do, but for the mybbnew.com one i cant as there is no ftp access

You'll need to ask them about it then or just disable the setting for that forum.
