Please help me. I want to disable attachments for users on my forum. Please can you write me where is the option how to disable adding attachment?

I think you need to set the permission for each group in AdminCP -> Users & Groups -> Groups.

It writes me after every task. When I send PM, add new thread or post reply, it writes always. Is it possible to disable this pop-up window?

And one thing:
I want that moderators can change user title, but when user does not have own date birth filled, so it writes them this error.
When moderators write some date it is ok, but when there is nothing it works not
Can you help me how it will be OK without date birth?

AdminCP -> Configuration -> Server and Optimization Options -> Friendly Redirection Pages [off].

For the 2nd question:

Yep. You need to fill the bd. I think it's not a problem, because you can hide your bd.
