I just finished my first website and Forum.
The forum is a General Chat Forum where you can chat about anything you like.
Comments and suggestion are welcomed.

Why do you have every part of the site on a different domain?
The funny thing is on your website, when a member clicks on the link to the forums or the uploader they will always stay on the 1st domain because .TK cloaks all URL's.
sorry for that it was my first time using dot.tk so i didn't know. i have changed it to a co.cc domain. if the forum gets a popular i will be getting a top level domain.
The forum wont become popular without a Top Level Domain because people will not be able to find it. I advise you get a TLD first and if the site doesn't work out then just sell the Domain.

Virtualwars.org (Currently down) ran on a Co.cc for the longest time. had over 100 users before the crash last year.
Good luck, cut down on you sections, and post in the ones you have.
