Is their a Tutorial(s) for different kinds of 'floating ads' like the one here; http://www.theadminzone.com/

You can see it in the top right corner of the site. When you hover over it, it folds the page back. How would I do this, Is their any tutorials?I would like to do this on my forum, and if possible, different kinds of floating ads.

Would that require coding in flash? If so then it would probly be difficult to install.
