hey guys im making another website and copied everything from 1 website to the new one .. i need to replace the domain with the new name by going inside the files

where would i go to look and change ONLY the url as i have already changed the database and urser name

You'd need to edit your Board URL and cookie settings. If you can't get into the ACP to do it, edit it in settings.php, then in the ACP straight after.
