MyBB Community Forums

I was looking at different MyBB forums trying to find a theme I would like and found this one below. I tried clicking on the theme makers link at the bottom to the forum, but they are apparently "out of business". Any idea where I could find a theme like this? It's a very "clean" uncluttered theme in my opinion:
