Hi my forum is setted up to GMT -4 according to chile time zone
now it's 1:40 am
But in forums in who's online is says 5 am


What could be the error?

If you've changed it in the ACP, then it won't affect the current users. It only applies to guests and new users.

In the User CP, edit the options and set the right timezone.
