I would like to see an RSS update when a security patch is released. Why was RSS not updated with 1.4.9 release??

How about having just one RSS feed instead of half million. How's a guy to know that a particular feed he's subscibed to will not update after 1.4.8?

We haven't used the announcements forum in 3 months. We can't email every member on the board to tell them it's changed, most people check the forum/site once in a while too so would know we've changed it. There's only ever been one feed, we just switched from the forum to the blog.
