How do i add RSS to google webmaster tools it dose not like the link http://www.howman.ca/syndication.php?limit=15 so i add to feedburner get this link

it likes that link but how do i verify with meta tag i put it in the Ungrouped Templates, headerinclude and it dose not work there where should i put it
