Hello i just installed quicktheme mod onto my forum and i would like some help on moving the place where it is located...

The code for it should be in your footer template. You should be able to move that to another template without problems.

Actually this doesn't make a template edit, it runs after the <!-- start: footer --> bit of code I think so you'll need to edit the file.
