Okay I have been getting this error with a new forum I set up. is their anything wrong?

I read that sticky, I got the site white listed, But I think its the last bit of the warning. what does the bit Here Mean?

No, that's the same every time people have this, it just can't find an error document.

If the host is saying you've been whitelisted and it hasn't worked, you haven't been whitelisted properly.
