This isnt like the login problem its diffrent

So i changed hosts and my when ever im trying to change the cache or rebuild it..it just logs me out..it wont let me change the cache or do any thing...every time i try to do something it brings me to admin controll panel login then to the place i want to go. But it never actually completes the action.

You have to set your cookies to the correct page...

i did..but when ever i try it just brings me back and nothing has changed

So... Go to your FTP program and download the settings.php file from you site.
The edit these lines:

$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".YOURSITE.COM";
$settings['cookiepath'] = "YOUR COOKIE PATH";

You need to capitalise the F in your cookie path.

Also looks like your CHMODs are wrong, that may be the cause, see this: [Wiki: CHMOD_Files] (Broken link, head over to docs.mybb.com instead)

Also make sure your Board URL setting is http://supersonicproductions.net/Forum
