Well I changed the host and sometimes when I load the page It doesn't load the template but it loads the informations that was posted without the template.
Anyone knows why?
You probably have to change the Name Servers for your co.cc domain to the ones of your new host.
Would be good to have a URL to an example thread.
The NS is already ok... the forums is only with the new host.
SOMETIMES it happens isn't all times.

Make sure ./cache/ and ./cache/themes/ are CHMOD to 777. It might just be that the CSS fails to load, happens to me sometimes, might be just the star_ratings.css that doesn't load, could be everything. Hard refresh, Ctrl+F5, usually fixes it.
