Not able to send Mass Mail to all Users.
When I am trying to send Mass mail from (ACP > Users & Groups > Mass Mail > Create New Mailing) this option.

But when I am Defining the Recipients and selecting "Registered" it is showing only 4 users as recipient, while my Forum's User strength is more than 65.

I tried selecting other groups. Result is same. In other cases users are showing 2.

But when I am going through "Groups" option under "Users & Groups", i can find 65 users under the "Registered" Group option.

So, how to solve this problem. How can i send Mass mail to all mu members? Its Urgent.

Run this query in phpMyAdmin:

UPDATE `mybb_users` SET `allownotices` = '1';
