I am getting a firefox error on the PopupMenu line...

Any ideas?

I also updated from 1.4.8 to 1.4.9 today and now my template isn't working correctly, i am seeing the blue defaults.

Not much we can tell you for the theme if we don't have your URL. For the ACP problem, have you tried reuploading the ACP files??
