Sorry to bring back an old thread. But I didnt want to join your site just to post this suggestion

For the panel, something that will make it look cool is the 2 pixel pop technique.
Instead of:

	border: 1px solid #D4D4D4;

Use:

	border: 1px solid #f5f5f5;
	outline: 1px solid #D4D4D4;

Instead of looking like this:

It will look like this:
