Can you set the posting privilege for individual forums so that the user can only post until they have made a certain number of posts in other forums...
i.e. I have a Chatter area in my Fountain Pen forum and I don't want members coming in and just using that without first adding to the other threads about pens .... I have seen problems with spammers doing that on other boards...

I don't know if there is a plugin for this. But I think you can do this with MyBB promotion system.
