I think MyBB need to have an app icon for the iPhone and iPod Touch, so when I bookmark this site on my iPod Touch, it adds their icon instead of taking a screenshot (It doesnt look very good >_>)
I know this is kind of stupid, and I doubt they will add one, but it would be cool, dont you think?

But see, and admin would have to put that in the header template for this theme
Yes that has to be added to every page. Otherwise it won't work unless your on that page that has that piece of code.
If you just add it to the headerinclude template it would be included on every page
