This will be a voluntary jobs, and if all goes well, might gets shares of our monthly revenue.

So, when you make a theme or show a screenshot of the design, you run it through the SQA team and they will tell you, if it resembles another theme?
Yes, I'll show them the PSD, so I won't code it and realize it after I'm done.
I like the idea, that will work perfect.
I honestly admire your responsibility towards this matter Kyle, good luck finding the ideal candidates.
